How about, dipping carrot sticks in chocolate sauce or peanut butter as a snack?
I often give soup (with all vital vegetables - cooked in a pressure cooker), with some butter in one of their favourite bowls (with a cartoon fig. or something).
Make the crockery interesting, they may eat whatever is inside then.
Soup I give her sometimes...Will try to give her more often. She does not like melted chocolate sauce or anything for that matter which will stick to her fingers or lips.
I cook separate meals for my child using exactly the same recipes as our food, but without chilli, eg machher Jhil with ginger paste, onion, tomatoes n jeera powder... And he eats them just fine...I just make sure I add boiled mixed vegetables to all his meals... They are sticklers for taste, so give them a taste of all our fabulous Indian spices...
